“The Bank has allotted 259,723 (Two Lac Fifty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred & Twenty Three) equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each on November 28, 2016 under the ESOP Schemes of the Bank,” the Bank said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Bank has increased from 372,314,333 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 3,723,143,330 to 372,574,056 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 3,725,740,560.
Meanwhile, shares of the bank were trading at Rs 358.60 apiece, up 1.37 per cent from the previous close at 11:28 hours on BSE.
